Day 1 Cochin

Arrival at Cochin. Pickup from Ernakulam railway station, drop at hotel & later proceed for sightseeing. Cochin is also known as the “Queen of Arabian Sea” as it was an important trade center for spices on the western coast of India from the 14th century.During the 14th century, Kochi gained a reputation of being an important spice-trading center. Sightseeing places: visit Fort Kochi (churches, beach, Chinese fishing net), Mattancherry (Dutch palace, Jewish Synagogue), Marine drive backwaters (option of sunset cruise here), shopping. Overnight stay at Cochin.

Day 2 Munnar

Travel to Munnar (approx.5 hrs). Enroute sightseeing at Cheeyapara&Valara waterfalls. On reaching Munnar, check into hotel, after freshen up proceed for sightseeing. Munnar is a Hill station, situated at about 5000 ft. above sea level. The mesmerizing beauty of the tea gardens and the light chilly weather will take your heart. Sightseeing places: Tea museum, tea garden, photo point. At Tea museum, there is also a tea tasting demo room with a variety of teas on display. The museum also has a tea manufacturing unit to educate the tourists of the different aspects of tea processing. This is a must visit site in Munnar. Overnight stay in Munnar.

Day 3 Munnar

Another day, even more fresh, is on the start. Sightseeing at Munnar.Visit: Eravikulam National Park, Mattupetty dam (the main attraction is the dam and lake here with option of boating),Echo point– a scenic spot on a reservoir featuring an echo phenomenon plus boating & hiking, Kundala dam, lake, Blossom garden(can enjoy trekking, boating, roller-skating andthe serenity of this place will relax your mind). Later option ofshopping (famous for spices, tea, local chocolates aromatic oil etc). Overnight stay in Munnar.

Day 4 Thekkady

Today proceed with those memory filled days to Thekkady (approx. 4 hrs). Thekkady is a small town in the forest. The wild life sanctuary and plantation spot are the main attractions here. Check-in your hotel. After freshen up go for local sightseeing.Visit Periyarlake, boating at PeriyarLake around the forest. Boating on the Periyar Lake enables visitors to have a close look at the wildlife that inhabits the surrounding forests. Groups of elephant, wild boar, bison and sambar can be seen moving along the banks skirting the forest. And water birds, perched on tree stumps with their wings spread, present a delightful sight while boating.Overnight stay at Thekkady

Day 5 Alleppey

Today travel to Alleppey (approx. 3.5 hrs).Alleppey town is among the oldest planned towns in India and is famous for its several backwater canals, beaches, paddy fields and lagoons. Alleppey is iconic for its houseboats cruises in the backwaters and attracts thousands of visitors each year.Sightseeing at Alleppey. Visit: Alleppey backwaters (option of Shikara ride or houseboat daycruisehere); Alleppey beach. Overnight stay at hotel in Alleppey.

Day 6 Kovalam

Today travel to Trivandrum(approx. 4 hrs). The capital city of Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram or Trivandrum is an appealing blend of a strongly rooted heritage and a nostalgic colonial legacy. Built upon seven hills, this city has long since left the days when it was only used by seafaring explorers. The word Thiruvananthapuram, means the City of Lord Anantha (the serpent Shesha on whom Lord Padmanabhan or Vishnu reclines) in both Malayalam and Sanskrit languages.Sightseeing at Trivandrum. Visit: Museum,zoo, Kanakakunnu palace.Overnight stay at hotel in Kovalam

After an early breakfast visit Padmanabhaswamy temple. Later sightseeing at Hawa Beach and Samudra Beach. Afternoon travel to Kanyakumari. Drop at hotel in Kanyakumari.
